Who Can Enter:  

  • Competition open to UK residents only.  
  • Only applies to people who enter the Pumpkin Patch competition run by Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity between 00:01 on 01/09/2024 and 23:59 on 03/11/2024 via the entry form found here

 Opening/Closing Date and Time:  

  • Competition in relation to Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity’s ‘Pumpkin Patch’ competition opens for entries on September 1 September 2024.  
  • Prize draw closes for entries at 23:59 on Sunday 3 November 2024.  
  • Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw.   

    Winner Selection and Contact:  

    • The random name selector prize draw will take place on Monday 4 November 2024. 
    • The winners will be contacted by telephone on the afternoon of Monday 4 November 2024. 
    • If there is no response after three attempts, a subsequent winner will be redrawn on the morning of Friday 8 November 2024.  
    • Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. This will also apply to any required redraw.   

    How To Enter and Cost Of Entry:  

    • The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
    • To qualify, entrants must complete and submit the entry form found at this link before 23:59 on 03/11/2024. 
    • Entrants are required to submit their personal details which include: full name, date of birth, house number, postcode, telephone number and email address.  

    The Prize  

    • The first prize consists of one (1) family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) to see Robin Hood at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall.
    • The second prize consists of (1) family ticket (4 people) to see The Very Hungry Caterpillar on Saturday 30th November or Sunday 1st December 2024 at Malvern Theatres.  
    • The winner will receive the e-tickets via email no later than 5pm on Friday 8 November to the email address specified on the entry form.
    • Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity shall not be responsible if the overall competition winner provides incorrect contact details at the time of entry.   
    • There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize cannot be sold or exchanged.  

    Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity General Competition Terms and Conditions:  

    1. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Rules.  
    2. The draw/s opens for entries at 00:01 on 01/09/2024 and closes at 23:59 on 03/11/2024
    3. The winners of the draw will be chosen at random from all entries received by the closing date.
    4. The winners will receive the tickets via email and the signed shirt via post to the UK address of their choice.
    5. No cash alternative is available.
    6. The draw is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over on the date of entry.
    7. Any person found to be under 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of the form being filled in automatically forfeits the right to the prize.
    8. The winners may need to provide proof of age before collecting the prize. Acceptable documentation of the winner’s proof of age will be a scan of their passport or driving licence. 
    9. It is free to enter the draw. Entrants just need to adhere to the outlined requirements.
    10. Winners of the prize will be contacted by the promoter by telephone on the afternoon of Monday 3 November 2024. If there is no response after three attempts, a subsequent winner will be redrawn on the morning of Friday 8 November 2024. 
    11. All participants are solely responsible for providing and (where necessary) updating the promoter with their accurate and up-to-date contact details and the Society will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any participant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the participant has provided.
