The Cleft Lip and Palate Association (CLAPA)

The Cleft Lip and Palate Association is a registered charity set up to give information and support to all those affected by cleft lip and/or cleft palate. There are four local CLAPA groups in the West Midlands. CLAPA is the only UK-wide voluntary organisation specifically helping those with, and affected by, cleft lip and palate.

Changing Faces

Although Changing Faces' primary focus is on disfigurements affecting the face much of the their work has relevance to disfigurements of other parts of the body. They are happy to help with any concerns about disfigurement and disfiguring conditions. They address disfigurements of any origin, whether present at birth or acquired later in life.
